We want you to be happy with your AL ABYAD purchase. You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging, with any tags or labels intact. Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.
For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the case and, where approved, arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund. An item will not be excluded simply because it was opened where opening was reasonably necessary to identify the defect.

Refunds
